After decades in business we have a core group of employees who possess all three Those team members are seeking an Installation Specialist who has character and confidence to join our employee family.
We can train competency to the right person who wants to learn and grow.
What is an Installation Specialist?As a key EMPLOYEE on a team of professionals you will provide quality installation of exclusive maintenance-free exterior products for homeowners within a 60 mile radius of Fort Wayne.
We supply the vehicle, tools, training, incentives, and everything you will need to be a success.
Most jobs are 1 or 2 days, people are friendly and appreciative, and you are home every night.
We have multiple installer positions open and will train you on knowledge and installation of our specialty products.
We will train and teach you the skilled trained and make you a professional, expert installer.

Qualifications:
An ability to use your head and your hands, a fundamental understanding of construction, character to always do the right thing, and the ability to become competent with training.
Any background in roofing or concrete construction is a plus.
We have plenty of work to keep responsible, self motivated individuals busy and happy.
We'll train the right person who has character, stick-to-itiveness, and work ethic, as well as respect for themselves and for other people.
No overnight travel, work area covers Northeast Indiana, a vehicle is provided, most installations are Mon-Fri with an occasional Saturday.
Money is just a detail, if you work smart you'll have plenty.
You'll need to pass a background check and have a clean driver's license, have good carpentry skills, accuracy and a basic understanding of sealants, flashing, & roofing (although you aren't roofing).
Self discipline is required, most of the time you are your own boss.
