RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the time edits of hourly employees Provide coverage as necessary of the reception area and daily functions Manage the Invoice payment process for all vendors Monitor Power Point presentation on monitors as required Provide Executive Assistance; including scheduling meetings and events, filing, scanning and copying time sensitive documents Adopt and assure the consistent use of standard administrative processes, providing feedback on potential improvements when applicable Liaise with outside vendors; regarding Certificate of Insurance timely and update filling Maintain Toner and Service calls orders and placements Perform verification and approval of Temp personnel hours Assist Management and Business Teams with overflow work; including MRO invoice filling Management of the Fastenal System Authorization requests and approvals Other duties as assigned by client and/or Operations Manager QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED equivalent required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Proficiency in MS-Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
