Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Service Trainee:
Redefine relationships with our new and existing customers, provide insight, and answer questions, creating ultimate brand loyalty and customer retention Educate oneself and become the expert in clients' products and services to better inform customers of their features and benefits Utilize top-notch negotiation skills throughout the sales process, when needed, and upsell when applicable Ensure customer satisfaction is met to the highest level with each interaction Support the sales team to help close any sales opportunities, furthering the relationship while bolstering revenue Work with the rest of the entry-level Client Service Trainee team Qualifications and Experience we look for in an Entry Level Client Service Trainee:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required 1
