Process Engineer
to work in our
Huntington, IN
location.
In general, the ideal candidate will, be adept at predicting sources of variation and potential failure modes within the manufacturing process. Then he/she must be able to implement cost-effective solutions to facilitate economical manufacture at the quality level and cycle time required.
The following items are the typical roles of a process development engineer:
Able to specify and implement manufacturing processes that meet the product design requirements, customer specifications, and design to cost goals
Utilize advanced quality planning methods (FMEA, detailed flow charts, control plans, etc.) to predict problem areas and implement countermeasures. These countermeasures would include process selection, containment, detection methods and controls, etc.
Understand the concept of total cost of manufacture to rationalize make vs. buy decisions, able to compile detailed cost estimates to drive process decisions
Influence product designs to insure economical manufacture that is consistent with the chosen manufacturing strategy
Assist in the debug & qualification of new assembly and test equipment for both sample line and manufacturing lines
Facilitate the successful launch of new products by providing training and documentation to operations
Obtain plant feedback; equipment usage;Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
