Operations Manager, Remanufacturing

Job Description Essential Functions: Drive all functional aspects of operational unit at BCVS Huntington through cross function team. Partner with functional leaders to achieve Safety, Environmental, KPS, and Human Resource objectives. Achieve business unit performance goals and objectives including Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Budget Performance. Represent company at required customer and supplier interfaces. Coach and support Value Stream and Business Team Leaders to maintain cooperative, team-based environment driving continuous through the use of formalized problem solving and KPS tools and methodologies. Establish daily tools to drive accountability and informed decision-making to the appropriate level through the Shop Floor Management process. Provide clear direction and priorities for assigned business unit direct reports. Establish individual goals, objectives, and training plans through the performance feedback SDII process. Create fun, productive, learning environment. Posture people and systems to promote new business growth opportunities. Represent plant in CoC meeting platforms and initiatives. Ensures adherence to Product Safety and Pass Through Characteristic processes.   Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of Operations Management practices including JIT, KPS, AQP, Capacity Planning and TS16949. Knorr Production Systems and Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques. Computer skills: Micro-soft office suite, pertinent SAP functionality. Demonstrated continuous improvement success through innovation and problem-solving skills. Six Sigma philosophies engrained in approach to job. Demonstrated commitment and loyalty. Required Experience Experience: Minimum 5 years Operations experience including 3 years in leadership role. Greenbelt certified preferred. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
